I just bought an Artillery Sidewinder X1 that comes with a Volcano style hotend. These silicone socks fit perfectly. This refers to the old Volcano, also called version 1. The new E3D Volcano design uses a thermistor cartridge held in place with a threaded stud. Version 1 used a standard thermistor lamp attached with a pan head screw. This sock is for version 1 models. If your Volcano style hotend has three pan head screws (one holding the thermistor wires and two on the opposite side that clamp the cartridge heater), then this sock is the one for you. It has fingers on the opening side that wrap around the top of the heater block to hold it in place. I've read that silicone socks will eventually need to be replaced. Not just these specific ones, but across the board. At five I'll probably be fine for a while.
