I've read mixed reviews but these things work for me
I have used prophylactic collars before and had good results. This year I had a dog that I removed a tick or two from almost every day. The dog was chased and lined with straw, which only became a problem. I read reviews of some other more expensive collars and finally settled on what I knew. Since the dog was put on prophylaxis, I haven't had a single tick. In my experience, these collars just work. I highly recommend them.
