Tedious installation, but nice final product.
Final product looks good, but assembly is a pain, and the instructions lead you astray. They say to wire it up and attach it to the ceiling, THEN attach the support arms. This is impossible. Before doing anything, TAKE APART the lamp base, then you can tediously assemble the 12 arms to the base. Now, reassemble the lamp base, then wire it and attach it to the ceiling. After that, the instructions are ok.
