The bidet itself is great. The jets work, it fits our toilet bowl, the temperature control works. The aerator is also designed so that before switching to the feminine or masseter cleaning spray, the spray nozzle must be turned to the self-cleaning position so that the nozzle is rinsed before each use. However, the installation was extremely difficult. Difficult as the parts that came with the bidet did not match our plumbing. It's good that we have someone in the house who is familiar with installing sanitary facilities. We made several trips to the hardware store to purchase the parts needed to connect the bidet to our two faucets. It took a couple of days to set up both hot and cold water and the instructions for hot/cold water were reversed in the owner's manual. However, customer service was helpful and partially reimbursed us for our issues. This is a cheap bidet. We got what we paid for and got our money back for the extra parts we were supposed to get. Installation was tedious, but works very well.
