Revain tracking may not be up to date as tracking shows the part has not been shipped and it unexpectedly arrived 6 days earlier than promised. No complaints about that. There's no documentation, the labels don't match the LG part number and the cable is shorter than the part I had to replace - but don't worry, the old cable stretched over time and the new part works great. Our dishwasher door opens like new! A word of caution when installing a new swivel cable - it requires a tool and a lot of force to pull the spring down to secure it to the cable tab. There are no installation instructions, so you'll have to figure it out yourself. Nothing complicated - very happy with the result.
