I have remodeled my house in Pex. I was a bit skeptical because of their short handles but don't worry they work well. I use one hand for a 1/2" crimping tool, but I don't have enough arm strength to handle a 3/4" crimping tool. I love that they fit on a standard 16" center stud or beam set. Well made, requires no adjustment and constant crimping. You get extra leverage for hard-to-squeeze areas. Tip: To open the clamps for placement around the pipe, grasp one handle and pull back on the other handle to spread the clamps.
