Review on Workforce Manager by Adam Johnson

I like how easy it is for employees to access via mobile devices or laptops as well as desktop computers. It's also very user friendly. I really love being able to go in and edit things any time through our website. There isn't much i dislike about WFM but sometimes when you're trying to fill out one particular form there could be an overload at certain times if too many people use it simultaneously. We've been using this product since 2012 and have had no complaints until now. Before we used WFM, our tech department was very disorganized with multiple spreadsheets and different applications to keep track of everything. Now they can easily log into their computer or phone anytime to change anything without having to wait weeks while someone submits paperwork to get approved by HR.
