Overall good experience - Would recommend

I like how easy it is for employees to access via mobile devices or laptops as well as desktop computers. It's also very user friendly. I really love being able to go in and edit things any time through our website. There isn't much i dislike about WFM but sometimes when you're trying to fill out one particular form there could be an overload at certain times if too many people use it simultaneously. We've been using this product since 2012 and have had no complaints until now. Before we used…

  • Easy way yo view information from last years
  • Easily accessible info anywhere
  • Can update hours remotely insteadof waiting till end date which gives us more flexibility than other software systems do.
  • Very intuitive system that makes sense even though its complicated (some might think otherwise)
Cons
  • The new updates seem buggy
  • Sometimes takes forever ot load
