Review on Waste Cooking Solidifier Powder Packets by Angela Hernandez

I knew there were products out there that did what they were supposed to do. Hydrogenated vegetable oil for easy cleaning. I wasn't sure if this particular product would work, but who cares. I ordered several boxes (30 packs). It took a long time before we arrived. I forgot I ordered it. I think it was 2-3 weeks. I think it's from Japan. But the thing works. While still warm (but not hot) I put a few packets in the pan. Went for other shops and came back 30 minutes later. At first glance it looks a bit like a paste of bacon fat, but it's really firm. If you remove it from the pan with a spatula, it will come out in one piece that you can hold by the rim with one hand. The pan looked clean apart from a very light residual oily surface - more felt than seen. But a quick job of soap and water in a pan and it's sparkling clean. I'm not sure how many packs I could use for the effect. I used 4 for a regular skillet about half full of vegetable oil. I doubt one pack is enough, but maybe 2-3 instead of 4? Why only 3 stars? Delivered forever, and it's not cheap, but it works.
