This is a great replacement for all the Tender Jrs batteries that have killed me in 4 years. I have 5 cars and 3 bikes on these chargers and they are holding up great. Will never buy a Jr battery tender again. from Beltran. Unfortunately they die after 4 years. I have this tender for a few other vehicles but I am hesitant to leave them. The battery that exploded was from O'Reilly Auto Parts and was almost 3 years old. Not sure what caused it, but cleaning battery acid is no fun! Batteries don't usually explode on their own, so I would guess the tender that charged them was the culprit? Can't say, but I won't be using this particular tender again.
