PROs: Lighter and more compact than my Nikon DSLR and the image quality is just as good. The controls took a little getting used to after working with DSLRs for a few decades, but now that I've gotten used to them they're pretty intuitive. I'm not a very advanced photographer; At least 90% of the time I use the fully automatic exposure mode and the pictures come out great. I took some of my best shots with this camera. Cons: The rear LED screen is hard to see in bright sunlight, and the eye-level viewfinder is a paid option. Also, the viewfinder and flash are attached to the same place on the body, so you can't use them at the same time. This has only been a minor annoyance so far as I only need the flash when the lighting conditions are good enough to see the LED screen, but I can imagine there being a frame jump when taking the viewfinder off and putting the flash on or vice versa. : This is the camera I take with me when I travel when I want to get the best shots.
