PRESSURE VALVE FAILURE!
Pressure valve did not work properly, made noises like banging pipes. Had to hire a plumber to rip up the whole shower trying to figure out what was wrong. Then plumber had to travel everywhere for a valve replacement but couldn’t find one that matched. Can’t seem to get in touch with KES to get a replacement either. Am now looking at buying a whole new system and with plumber and tile costs am paying SO MUCH MORE than had I just opted for another brand. I’ve ordered KES before and never had a problem. So disappointing.
- The rainfall shower head has a wide spray pattern, allowing for maximum coverage and a great shower experience
- The showerhead is prone to rust and discoloration over time
