don't buy - cheap best in my review

I should have agreed w/ the negative reviews and not bought this. the shower head leaks after it's stopped running and the plate where the handle goes has already started rubbing off and it's been less than 2 months. I tried emailing the company and never got a response. keep looking and don't buy this one.

I will definitely use this product again in my future installations.

Its being 8 months and so far it being really good, for the price i think its really awesome. Im a handy man with diferent certification and i have work with diferent mixers and this one its a really good and cheap, i definitely recommend people to use this product, i will change my review if anything changes with time.

Do not waste your time

My handyman figured out how to install this fairly quickly despite the lack of instructions provided for the faucet set.PROS:- Beautiful design, big shower head- Strong continuous streams- Temperature stays consistentCONS:- Customer service- Cheap product- Not durableAfter only about one month of use, the matte black paint or coating on the handle started chipping away. I contacted the sellers and found the product is backed by a 1-year warranty. BUT, warranty doesn't do any good if the company

PRESSURE VALVE FAILURE!

Pressure valve did not work properly, made noises like banging pipes. Had to hire a plumber to rip up the whole shower trying to figure out what was wrong. Then plumber had to travel everywhere for a valve replacement but couldn’t find one that matched. Can’t seem to get in touch with KES to get a replacement either. Am now looking at buying a whole new system and with plumber and tile costs am paying SO MUCH MORE than had I just opted for another brand. I’ve ordered KES before and never had a…

Looks nice in my review

I didn’t personally install it but the plumber didn’t have any issues that he mentioned. I had it installed from the top of my ceiling like a waterfall and it works great.

Worthless. Shower valve leaks badly on hot side.

I can't believe I decided to buy this shower kit. This valve is leaking badly and the walls and tile has already been installed. It's going to cost me hundreds of dollars to get this removed, replaced, and the wall reassembled. The worst purchase I've ever made on Revain. Save yourself the headache and money and just purchase a name brand shower valve. I didn't test it until today and my return window expired a month ago. Ridiculous.

Broken after 1 year of use- cost over $800 for installation

We have had this shower head for 1 1/2 years- it started to leak similar to other peoples videos so we took the shower head off to try and fit it. It’s rusted and won’t go back on- we just remodeled our bathroom and wasted tons on money on plumbing to get this installed and now we have a shower that’s useless. Don’t buy this.

Hallelujah I Found the Perfect Shower Head!

I’m having a bathrobe remodel done. The lack Of flat matte options at my local hardware stores (3) had 1 Only option. It was cheap and lame. I shopped online options and they were limited and expensive. I’m flipping this house & don’t want to spend a lot. I looked on Revain and found what I wanted. It showed up just in time for the plumber to install. The only snag was the city water line. Once done I’m gonna have a gorgeous, modern shower for a great price!

DO NOT BUY THIS SHOWER SET!

The design of the flow control valve is inferior. There is a part in the valve that slides back and forth to mix the cold and hot water. It is very light weight and slams back and forth when water is shut off in another part of the water system. I installed water hammer arrestors next to the valves but that did not eliminate the noise. This product should not be installed.

Great Look & Cost best in my review

Pros:CostLookCons:No directions for installationOverall this is a nice looking shower head, it completes the look on our newly renovated shower. My handyman had to figure things out along the way with distance for connections in order to set pipes behind wall. I would recommend buying a second set for the valve for if anything were to go wrong, it would be an easy swap; has plastic parts in valves FYI.
