I thought a weighted blanket might feel restrictive or constricting, but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't. Weight is evenly distributed so it feels like a heavy blanket is being thrown over you (for reference: King Size 80x90, 15 pounds). Even my cats love lying under it. As long as it holds up well. The color is deep/saturated (I have forest green). Works well for 2 people but I would recommend going up to 90 x 108 20lbs if you have 2 people sharing a king bed to ensure you have full bed coverage.
