It was actually pretty easy to install. This can be done by one person, but an extra pair of hands to hold the motor while you bolt it back on would be helpful. The wiring was identical, everything ran smoothly and works very well. I removed most of the old stuff which took about an hour (the nuts on the carriage bolts so they came off without a struggle and we both reinstalled the new unit at a leisurely pace probably a little over an hour I went and bought the stainless steel hardware instead of using their off the shelf gear (which is fine) If I have to go back there I don't want any hassle.
