Review on iSound Portable Speaker and FM Radio (Black/Silver) by Kayla Schmidt

This unit looks good on the outside, the display is clear and works well but I was NOT able to get a radio station muted at all and my other radio gets over 40 stations loud and clear, then when I plugged it into my iPhone and played music it was squeaky and poor quality so I took it apart as I am electronics savvy and like everyone else love to learn how it works after removing the lovely speaker grille I sawed up the two speakers and they appear to be of normal quality but when I pressed them one was fine and the other had a coil frayed! COIL RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX! I kept opening it up and when I saw the main circuit board which housed the FM receiver and amplifiers for the speakers I understood why it wasn't working properly, everything was glued down and the amplifiers were cheap Chinese copies of real amplifier chips. from a reputable manufacturer, then i unplugged the bad speaker and played a few songs, they still scratched with the good speaker, i also tried one of my speakers that i had laying around, same result and then, terrible , DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BOOM OR USE SOMETHING!
