INSTRUCTIONS WITH PHOTOS

All we have are some flimsy illustrations for installing these lights as plugins. I hope you can see how I connected them and assembled the brackets. It definitely took me a few pieces to figure it all out, but I was impressed with how they turned out! A few things to remember... The wires look the same, but if you look closely you can see that some white is coming through one of them if you flip it and look in good light. white to white. black to black You don't need a copper ground wire when using it as a plug-in. Just get it out of the way. There were many screws, washers and nuts of various sizes in our kit. See my photos to see exactly how to assemble each bolt and washer. You do not need ALL the screws and washers to assemble the bracket. In the second and fourth photos it will look like this on the wall, and in the third - what will be on the wall. On the left wall light we had a stud to drill through so I measured where I wanted the top hole and screwed the entire bracket assembly in and used a small level vertically along the straight part in the middle and marked the second hole to line that up Screw in to finish bracket. Position the protruding screws horizontally over the chandelier holes and use decorative nuts to tighten the whole thing. We had to use something to tighten everything because after a few hand turns it got a little tricky. On the other hand we had to mark the top hole, then use a dowel, mark the second hole and screw that in too before repeating the process. The small blue nuts and bolts are best hand tightened as this allows the wall light to move if your measurements are slightly different. Don't screw in the top anchor screw after tightening the assembled plate, or you'll have to unscrew it a bit to align better, but until you put on the bra, you don't know exactly how to do it. Anything will do. All in all it takes some patience but it is doable and in the end we are very happy with how they created the perfect glow in our bedroom.
