Received damaged, dirty, apparently used item

Lots of dents on the metal, chipped paint on the metal handle, dirty wooden handle. The dividers are uneven and uneven. Would not recommend this due to quality control issues. The compartments are also too big, better 4x2, not 3x3. It seems like a lot of space is wasted and it's too big, should be about an inch shorter for easier cutlery removal. Deducted an extra star because it wasn't cheap enough to ignore all these shortcomings.
