Great Service! good for me

Great product and more importantly great service.
When putting the rails together there is a plate included to hold the two rails together. If you put it on first like the instructions tell you, it is not strong enough to hold both rails and it bends and breaks, so this happened and I immediately emailed the company and they are sending a replacement part at no charge, they took care of it very quick and we’re very responsive, I will put the plate on last now as it is not designed to be put on first, great service and I would recommend this product for anyone putting barn style doors, the finish is high quality as well as all the mounting hardware
