Great Service! good for me

Great product and more importantly great service. When putting the rails together there is a plate included to hold the two rails together. If you put it on first like the instructions tell you, it is not strong enough to hold both rails and it bends and breaks, so this happened and I immediately emailed the company and they are sending a replacement part at no charge, they took care of it very quick and we’re very responsive, I will put the plate on last now as it is not designed to be put on

Fabulous company and beautiful hardware

We could not be more pleased with the support from this company. I mistakenly ordered wrong because the overlapping messed up my door design. I emailed and got an immediate response. They helped me correct my problem with two new rollers shipped out to me immediately at no charge. I highly recommend this company! We are grateful for all the courteous support they have given us! Great product. Looks great and makes the room look modern and beautiful.

My carpenters installed this product. It was the first time and they said it was difficult to install. The finished product looks great and I am happy i bought it. Gave my room a much needed upgrade . Definitely modernized the space.
