I bought these to put around the trayed ceiling in my daughter's room as an alternative to the ceiling fan light and she loves them. Everything the manufacturer says about them is true in our experience. They work well, the adhesive is quite strong enough to keep them on our ceiling, and there are more colors than we want. The iOS app works just fine, too.The reason I didn't give them 4 stars is because the electrical connections seem a little prone to disconnecting, not an electrical problem but a mechanical issue. The connections between the control box and the LED strips isn't very tight and I will occasionally have to plug them back together. After the second time reconnecting them, I taped around the two connectors once they were plugged together and they are fine.
