This is the second time I have ordered this cat collar from this seller. I was pleased with how beautiful and shiny it is; The small attached bell rings clearly, and the safety breakaway is solid and stays on, but falls off when pulled hard. There are small "ears" on the cat's snout that form the closure - a bit sharp in my opinion. I had to shorten them. but in general the collar is ok. When I needed a different cat collar, of course I bought it again. I left 3 stars because I liked it. The 2nd purchase never came in the mail.
