Got this brand new headset to replace my old Logitech, was excited to receive it. It's good that a splitter was included in the kit, as my desktop didn't have a mono cable. Needless to say, I was quite disappointed when it took an HOUR for my computer to even recognize the audio for this stupid thing. I thought I fixed everything is fine but no. I wanted to play, talk to friends, but the microphone doesn't work. So I spent another forty-five minutes trying to fix the damn thing, only to find that it basically didn't exist for my computer. Same problem I originally had with the audio, but for some reason it was thought to be a different part of the headset? The mic itself didn't transmit at all, I've never had so many problems getting a technology to work. It's like a flip headset, it needs to be plugged in and working, but I spent almost two hours trying to fix this because I didn't want to return it. Absolutely not worth buying, very disappointed and will be purchasing another headset which will hopefully take less than two hours to set up and fail.
