One of the USB sockets was broken from day one. Comes with two of them on the side but only one works!

One of the USB ports on the side of the monitor is defective. For $1,000 I would expect it to have no flaws, no matter how small. It's not a cheap monitor, and $1,000 for a monitor is HUGE money. I EXPECT all of this to work as it should. Very disappointed and only 3 stars for that.
