Works great on the couch
I wear this bed skirt on the couch and didn't realize until I started putting it on the mattress that it would hang differently on the couch. A day bed has the mattress resting left to right rather than upside down or upside down like a regular double bed. This keeps the "head” part of the bed surround, the no-frills part, on the side of the couch. I just put the bed skirt on the side of the couch closest to the wall so it wouldn't be so obvious that the skirt wasn't hanging on that side. Works well.
