Review on Enhance Your Audio Experience with the Plantronics HW261N Binaural Headset by Paul Tucker

I work from home and provide technical support at a call center. Having moved to the city from a quiet village, I was concerned that callers might hear garbage trucks and the like. I had to park the garbage trucks right outside the window, the jackhammer at the site, and the blowers about 20 feet away. I've asked customers if they heard background noise and everyone said no - amazing! I usually wear the headset so that only one ear is covered, but being able to use both when things get loud was very useful. You can't go wrong with this headset! This is necessary for professional work.
