Not for ankles or anyplace you have to put something tight over it. - edges curl easily

I needed these for my ankle. After applying them, I have to put a light compression stocking over it. I have to tape down all the edges with micropore surgical tape in order to put the stocking on, otherwise the edges curl. Just lightly brushing up against anything will cause the edges to curl. I have also used the Medline Bordered Gauze and they stick a lot better than these - don't need the tape if I am careful.

The adhesion was great. It kept my mom’s wound secure. Great product

The product may not be suitable for use on burns or open wounds
