Poor adhesive, completely useless

I wish I could recommend these for anything or anyone. Honestly the adhesive is just weak. If it stays on for a day it would be a miracle. If you’ve ever used the more expensive silicon versions used by medical staff, you know they can last days and even weeks if applied well. To the point that they really need to be dated in hospitals because of their long adhesiveness without leaving residue or causing any pain being removed. I so wanted these to work, but honestly are a complete waste of…

Do NOT buy! best in my review

I bought these after I came home from an extended hospital stay after surgery. When I opened the package, I found that the box had been open and many of the bandages had fallen out in the package. I didn't end up using them because after finding them in this state, it made me nervous.

Great dressing read review

Still too sticky hurts upon removal ; found a trick CUT OFF THE CORNERS OF THE DRESSING THE REMAINING IS ENOUGH TO KEEP IT IN PLACE ;MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE

My doctor wasn't happy

I used these for a post surgery incision site. Almost gave me an infection because it couldn't breathe. Broke out in a bad itchy rash from the moisture that took weeks to heal.

Not as usual best in my review

I have bought 4x4 island dressings for several years, and this brand for the last year. My most recent order almost seems like they got hot, or something they want to stick inside the wrapper and in removing them they get messed up pulling them loose.

This product does not cause irritation from the adhesive. Previous brand I used caused itching and tenderness. The price makes it a economical good choice also.

Not for ankles or anyplace you have to put something tight over it. - edges curl easily

I needed these for my ankle. After applying them, I have to put a light compression stocking over it. I have to tape down all the edges with micropore surgical tape in order to put the stocking on, otherwise the edges curl. Just lightly brushing up against anything will cause the edges to curl. I have also used the Medline Bordered Gauze and they stick a lot better than these - don't need the tape if I am careful.

Cost effective for size, needs better border

I've been treating a just below knee cap injury from a fall. I bought this product when it reached a point of no longer needing the silicone foam bandages. It's a good price for the size and adequate. My only complaint is the edges start to peel after a few hours. The bandage never comes completely loose where it's peeling and it is a wide adhesive border, as a nurse I just find it annoying. Taping the edge doesn't help. If you change a bandage several times a day, it should be fine. I realize…

Premium quality, Stay on well without tearing skin

These were temporarily out of stock, so I ordered a different brand of dressing. I won't do that again. These stay on well, and I had no problem removing the dressing without damaging my skin. The other brand I ordered actually tore a little chunk of skin off, even though I was carefully peeling the dressing off.
