Technically yes, it's 22x17. To achieve this size, it must be turned over and flattened. This is too small even for my smallest dog who can weigh 11 pounds. If she's cold and I put her in, she stays for a nap, but she won't come in on her own. The next size dog can weigh 14 pounds and be chubby. She loves it, but at first it only half fits her face. (After a few days she figured out how to get there. Maybe we have a cold! I added her photo 😊) Actually I bought it for my "big" dog who is very grumpy. He weighs about 15 pounds and doesn't fit in there at all, even with help (not that he'd let me🤪). I put it through the washer and dryer first and it held up great. It's really good quality and we're keeping it, but it's mainly for emergencies 😱 although everyone might like it.
