This is a beautiful skirt! Made in India, the skirt is 100% cotton, has pockets, has a slight wax sheen and is pre-attached with a sash that can be tied into a bow. It also comes with a headpiece. It's hand wash only, dry clothes only. If you need to iron it, do it inside out. The skirt is cut loose and has a large elastic waistband. I'm 5'6, height 12 and 195 pounds. I'm sure the skirt can stretch to fit a taller person, but if you're over 16 I might think twice before buying as the elastic in the middle can be a bit tight. Slirt came very quickly and of excellent quality. Quality. I will buy another one in a different color.
