Runs larger than stated neck size.
Excellent quality. I ordered a similar item for my dog. I ordered this for my neighbor's dog. She was constantly having to replace chewed collars for her small dog. We measured her Boston's neck and ordered the one where her neck size was right in the middle. We had to tighten it as far as it would go, so I would say it runs large. But the dog has not bothered the collar at all. It is still holding up. All good, just don't order up.
