Review on 🔩 Blum 110° Self-Closing Compact 33 Hinge - Pack of 8, Screw-On by Terrance Palau

I bought these to replace Compact 31 hinges for my cabinets which are no longer made by Blum; I called the company to confirm that they are compatible and that they are compatible. Note that the hole pattern has changed - the difference between the 31 and 33 is that the metal plate that screws into the front of the case is rotated 180 degrees. It fits in the same recess in the closet. I was able to use the screws I had in my closet to attach the new hinges, but I drilled two new pilot holes to prevent the wood from splitting. Note that this is only the door half of the hinge; It is compatible with the cabinet side brackets used in the Compact 31 hinges. However, if you want to hang them on brand new doors, you need to purchase the cabinet side brackets separately.
