Buyers beware for now - no spares and extra heat to mitigate.

Beautiful body, solid and high quality physical construction. The ability to change colors and patterns with iCue software adds uniqueness to your overall system. When you pair this case with a Corsair mouse and mechanical keyboard, you can sync color ripples and transitions across all your devices, which is great. Why two stars? Firstly, because it has poor airflow parameters. All tempered lenses form a thermal vapor barrier that reflects heat back to your internal organs instead of absorbing it like metal does. All that glass easily added so much heat to my system that my H60 Corsair water cooler couldn't take it. I'm seeing an overall increase in CPU temp of at least 15-20 degrees, so make sure you're spending more than you expect on water cooler and consider the fact that you'll have more heat to soften your body. (Yes, I followed all the troubleshooting steps). While the above is a minor issue that I'll fix by installing a new water cooler or cutting a hole in the large jar for another fan, the main reason I'm giving those two stars (for now) is this: Pay attention especially to potential customers! Corsair cannot currently provide warranty service for this product. They sell it under the Corsair brand name, which you should trust, but they are unable to provide warranty service if something goes wrong. The RGB LED strip on the front of my case is defective and they don't have spare parts for either the RGB strips or the modular faceplate. If yours fails your only options are to replace that strip with a solid color or to disassemble your entire device and send it back to Revain. you got me right The hours you spent building it, maybe installing other new hardware, a fresh copy of the operating system, etc., are all going down the drain, not to mention the time you spent disassembling it all while you watch the parts gather dust while waiting for your device. RMA replacement. You simply cannot pre-test this RGB strip until the whole system is working and complete and you have installed the Corsair iCue RGB LED programming software. This is totally unacceptable. Replacement RGB LED strips are available, this housing is factory made. They are currently unable or unwilling to request a replacement for customers who may need one. Why? No idea, seems easy. I don't want to think they don't care, but the support rep I work with is probably being restricted by their boss.
