Dining & Leisure Kitchen Sets

I use this lid over a 1/3 metal pot to defrost chicken I have packed in my fridge from the front yard. The metal helps draw out the cold and thaw faster than plastic containers. The dishwasher held up perfectly. The lid is simply placed on the pan.
