Received this thanks to positive feedback. I'm not sure how those reviewers are using it, but it sucks. I took it on a flight from Chicago to Dublin and it was the worst and totally useless. As with any other travel pillow, there is too much foam on the back and sides, so your head is tilted forward and you can't rest your head comfortably on the sides. I think a neck brace would be more comfortable. In the end I tore out 90% of the foam, leaving two small pieces on each side, and only after that it was possible to fly home. Not surprising at all, but manageable. I threw it in the trash as soon as I got off the plane. Make. no Obtain. This.
