I like that we can use our own branded solution. It works with both POS systems and third party vendors to give us the best experience to customers. We've been able to expand our reach with this system and it's helped our sales team as well. The customer support is great! They are always willing to help you out. My only issue is that sometimes it takes a little bit longer than other companies to update their platform. But they do work fast once they receive your request. So far everything has been good. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to grow their business. We have seen an increase in sales since implementing Ackroo. We also see more people in stores using our products.
