Overall positive user for restaurant software

I like that we can use our own branded solution. It works with both POS systems and third party vendors to give us the best experience to customers. We've been able to expand our reach with this system and it's helped our sales team as well. The customer support is great! They are always willing to help you out. My only issue is that sometimes it takes a little bit longer than other companies to update their platform. But they do work fast once they receive your request. So far everything has…

Great System, Excellent Customer Service

Ackroo has a great customer service team. They are always willing to help and are very responsive. They are constantly updating their product and adding new features. Ackroo has a great system for processing payments. It is very easy to use and they have made it even better with their latest upgrades. Ackroo has made our life easier. Intuit Quickbooks Online Plus has helped take off stress of running multiple businesses

We love that we can have access to our merchant's sales data in real time. It also gives us the ability to see trends in our business and make adjustments as needed. The customer service is great! There are some new features coming out that are very exciting. They're still working out the kinks, but I'm excited about them.
