Ordered 18 pieces, only received 14 pieces
I ordered an 18 piece set for my 2012 Honda Odyssey EX-L and for some reason I only got 14 pieces! From what I can tell after installing it, all 4 vanity mirror LEDs seem to be missing. The kit didn't even include the installation tool he claimed came with it.
