I recently bought a house that had a washer and dryer. At one point, a previous homeowner built a shelving system around the washer/dryer. I have to pull the unit out so I can get behind it and notice that the dryer cord was maybe 3 or 4 feet long. I bought a spare 10ft cord because I couldn't pull the unit out far enough to reconnect the dryer.
