I am satisfied with this product. I originally used it with an old milled Elu that had no holes in the bottom plate at all - this was an easy three nut and bolt repair. I drilled convenient holes in the base of the Milescraft to mount it and it was up and running. I also used it with a new Bosch router and again no holes matched exactly but some slots did match and it worked in minutes. mm distance. Maybe the base plate wasn't perfectly centered? It is important to develop a procedure for very careful placement of the sleeve in the template before dipping the cutting attachment - it is easy enough to scratch the template with the cutter if you are not careful.
