Bought for my son's PC so he can play Fortnite without slowing down or loading the PC. His PC had 4GB in slots 1 and 2, I took it out and put it in slot 3 and 4 and then in slot 1 and 2. Plugged it back in, pressed the power button and it won't boot. Pulled the old RAM out of slots 3 and 4 and immediately booted up with the new RAM. I turned it off again and put the old RAM back in slots 3 and 4 and this time it booted fine and saw all 12GB of RAM. I assume it's because the PC was looking for old RAM in the first two slots and couldn't find it. It doesn't matter what slot they're in as long as they're paired, but if your computer won't boot, see if you did the same as me. I'm not sure about the reliability yet, but everything has been fine for the last 2 weeks. If anything changes, I will of course update my review.
