Overall the camera is compact, easy to use (plug and play) and does its job well. I got a call today and people have definitely noticed a difference in my picture quality. The audio isn't great so I keep using the audio from my laptop which isn't a big deal. I love how you can adjust it up and down and side to side for maximum installation flexibility. My image appears a bit green, but I placed a small lamp on the side of the monitor and it added the warmth it was lacking. For the price this is a good product! UPDATED Review - If your room has a sunny window, this camera will not be able to adjust properly. On dark overcast days this is perfect, but yesterday we finally had some sun and my image/face was almost completely dark. The window is on my side, so not directly in front or behind, but I couldn't adjust it no matter where I moved the camera. I have it in the same position as my laptop's camera and it adapts perfectly to any light, so this is definitely the camera. I'm frustrated because I was hoping this camera would work for me.
