Wife is here. I cannot recommend this product and this company enough. These coasters are absolutely beautiful and work great in any setting. It is also the perfect gift if you want to give someone something. They are very durable and feel smooth. Some of the gold had to be rubbed with sandpaper (which is in the instructions when you open the box) so be very careful when rubbing the metal and not the marble part. When I received the coasters, one of them had a blue dot that didn't rub off (see drawing with my hand for scale). I googled their company and emailed directly from their website to see if they could send a replacement as all the other marble coasters looked great. Rachel and Michael emailed me the same day saying the stand should have been removed during the quality check but somehow they got through. They sent me a replacement and I was surprised to see two extras on top of my only replacement when I received the package! I give 5 stars for the product and 5 stars for the customer service. I love my coasters and plan to use them forever!
