We used their software for our grocery store, it was easy to set up with very little training needed - we were able to get going right away! I like that you can customize your rewards programs as much or as little as necessary (we didn't need all the bells & whistles). The customer service could use some improvement if they are having technical difficulties during implementation; but this isn’t too bad since most problems aren’t even an issue until after launch when there may be more support from them available. Our main goal in using Loyalis's platform was creating additional ways to engage shoppers within our stores so they would make purchases beyond just buying groceries at check out time.
