Review on AnKun Creality Microporous 3D πŸ–¨οΈ Printer Bed | Upgraded Size: 235x235x4mm by Sean Young

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The composite coating appeared immediately after installation

I have used high temperature build plates to get my prints to work well with PETG. A little lower and PETG doesn't stick at all. After two days of experimenting I finally got the impressions to stick and come out fine. I let the bed cool down so it will naturally bounce off and they remove the "composite blanket" from the bed. If you want a glass bed, you won't get it with this awful, useless cover. This will not improve adhesion and will only ruin the prints. ---- Update: now 5 stars. The seller replaced the bed without question. Before this happened I always used the undamaged parts of the bed and the coating kept peeling off. So I just flipped the new bed over and used the bare glass side. It seems to work. A tip: part of the idea behind the glass is to smooth out any curvature in the metal base. But this only works if you use 3 clamps on the glass, not 4. The plane is defined by 3 points. If you use more clamps than this, the glass platform is simply bent with the metal platform. At 3 you may notice that there is a slight gap in some corners, but in general this is normal.
