This drill is solidly built and well worth the price. My toilet won't flush completely, I emailed the Mansfield company, the rep told me my toilet is impassable. ordered this snail, and the day before he arrived the toilet turned itself off. I still used the drill just to be sure, but it scratched the porcelain very easily. I'll keep this snail, never knowing if it might happen again, but this time I'll be ready. Over the hill, Bill. PS After writing this review I watched a YouTube video about the RIDGID 59802 K-6 DH toilet auger and after scratching the porcelain realized it was my fault. I have NOT used the product correctly. The instructions could have been better prepared, but the YouTube presentation was amazing to me. hope this helps someone else in the future.
