UPDATE 12/01/20: The massage gun will turn on when plugged into a power source. However, the buttons do not respond. When disconnected from the power supply. It doesn't even turn on the battery. That does not work! UPDATE 9/4/20: Better customer service. My issue was resolved immediately and I am a happy customer again. The block works as advertised. I would buy from this seller again. I tried using it and the massager sounded like a bad car trying to start. Thought maybe the battery was dead. So I charged the battery, tried again, and it definitely sounds like something is broken inside. Rumbles without end. I will contact the seller and get back to you. I did a lot of research and compared different brands of massage guns to other brands. My expectations weren't that high when I bought it due to the lack of reviews. I tested it and I can say that it worked better than I expected. The various settings and attachments that it comes with are very useful. I use it after my runs to massage my legs/calfs and back. It's a bit noisy but I didn't expect it to be quiet. Worth buying
