Simple, fast, clean: art supplies and tools

I've seen and tried this tool on a few YouTube videos. It worked great, quickly removing blisters and peeling paint from one of the windows in my house. After about 10 minutes my ugly window looked like new. I saw some reviews that mentioned scratches, but my window didn't get scratched at all. I used the tool with a water spray bottle and some paper towels.
