My therapist recommended this to me. I have many chronic diseases that result in neurological symptoms and I am an artist. I had more and more trouble drawing as my hands became unsteady and my eyesight seemed to be deteriorating. I started taking this taurine supplement and the tremors in my hands have gone and I feel calmer. It definitely helped me. I also take B-Complex with L-Methylfolate and Natural Calm.
