Missing items will fit Luggage Rack

I have ordered 2 installation kits for some of the rear luggage racks I have ordered. The Chevy hardware came but when the Ford hardware arrived one of the L brackets was missing and they gave me three plates and I had no nuts or bolts. I have a shop and these installs should be done in the next day or so. And it will put me in a little situation
